FAQS

• Do we have to clean the car when returning?Car will be given clean, please make sure to return the car in same condition. Anything that requires more than a waterless wash and shakeout of car mats will be charged an appropriate cleaning fee. If car cannot be returned clean, we highly suggest to purchase the post-trip cleaning option.
• Is there smoking permitted in the car?NO SMOKING! If there is any lingering smell cigarette, marijuana, vaping smell we will report to Turo. Turo can charge a $250 smoking fee.
• Does gas need to be filled? What octane gas do I use?Car will come with a full tank of gas. Please return it at same gas level with 91 octane premium unleaded fuel. Please note travelers are responsible for bringing back the vehicle with the same gas level as when it is picked up, as per Turo policy. If not filled, it would be actual cost of gas + $10 convenience fee. Refueling receipt will be uploaded to the trip pictures.
• Will car come activated with toll pass?Yes toll roads that is accessible at all California toll roads and bridges. We will ask for reimbursement at end of trip and payable via Turo app.
